1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (U.S. only):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NuNook Global cannot be held responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

5. Shipping Delays

NuNook Global Market is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods

6. Damages and Issues

NuNook Global Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
